?Facial certificate or a minimum of 18 months on-job experience with delivering facials to international guests. Note that the ability to perform facials is the key difference between a Spa Therapist and a Massage Therapist.
?Able to work under pressure
?Positive attitude, be well disciplined, show enthusiasm for job
?Show attention to detail
?Shows use of initiative ? very action oriented.
?Comfortable in Western/Asian and Marriott cultures.
?Good knowledge of Marriott International Policies and Procedures, standards of operation, brand standards, philosophies, initiatives, systems and productivity requirements.
?Retail sales experience is well considered.
1.To organize and perform all spa treatments in rooms stocked and set up to Quan Spa standards detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual.
2.To perform facials, massage, body, hand and foot treatments.
3.To actively sell retail products to guests.
4.To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
5.To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
6.To study evaluate and operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Manager.
7.To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit.
8.To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
9.To escalate all guest complaints these to the Spa Director.
10.To assist in providing departmental orientation to newly recruited staff.
11.To complete written prescriptions for guests whenever applicable.
12.To log all product recommendations.
13.To report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the Manager.
14.Establish good rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.
15.To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
16.To maintain high degree of personal hygiene.
17.Spa therapist will carry responsibilities of Spa attendant as well.
