OTHER QUALIFICATION:
?Communication: Good in English Communication, other languages would be advantage
?Computer Office: Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage

?Attention to details
1. To direct and assist in assigning work to cleaning personnel
2. To train new Housekeeping associates and monitor their performance.
3. To inspect guest rooms, corridors, staircase and public & service areas for cleanliness and orderly condition.
4. To ensure that all windows are cleaned in rotation.
5. To ensure that all carpets and floors are cleaned and are on regular schedule or when necessary.
6. To ensure that only qualified personnel use heavy cleaning equipment.
7. To work with engineering Department on maintenance and repair needs.
8. To report items that need repair to Housekeeping service.
9. To submit requisitions for room?s supplies and furniture renovation or replacement.
10. To review guest complaints regarding Housekeeping service or equipment.
11. To assure that proper Housekeeping procedures are bing followed.
12. To perform final inspection of all make-up rooms and submits prompt and accurate room status reports to Housekeeping clerk.
13. To ensure that all house linen is properly stored.
14. To manage the supply and distribution of all house linens.
15. To perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
