-Between the age of 25 and 30
-Minimum 2 years? experience as a fine dining restaurant supervisor
-Good command of English is required
-Food and Wine knowledge covering all of the restaurant?s menu
-Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Supervise and direct the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverage associates
- Perform other duties including managing, training junior employees, as well as overseeing food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment
- Work quickly and independently to resolve guest issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager
- Act as a liaison between kitchen and front of house associates
- Present food, and beverages in all of the restaurant?s menu to guests
- Other duties as assigned by superiors
