- To manage everything from the administrative tasks and reports in the F&B office.
- Maintaining F&B records & forms as prescribed by the hotel policies & procedures.
- Planning ahead duties, events, projects to ensure that all deadline be met.
- Ensuring that he schedules himself to be available and on duty during peak period.
- At least 3 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
- Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implement.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good command of english communication and computer literate.
