* Manager day-to-day Outlet Operation with highest standard
* Identify and meet the customer need proactively
* Work closely with Chef Monthep to delve into TAAN?s menu of hyper-local, innovative and flavour-complex dishes for a taste of Thai food
* Achieve budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure
* Develop and execute plans and action for the improvement and marketing of the outlet
* Responsible for asset management in the oulet
