?Experiences in Assistant Banquet Manager.
?3 Experience in banquet, exhibition and convention management.
?Experience in internationally reputable hotel.
1.To be responsible for the service and bar operation of the Banquet section.
2.To be responsible for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the Banquet section in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
3.To be responsible for directing all efforts in the Banquet service and bar to achieve the financial goals of the Banquet section.
4.To be responsible for the consistent implementation of the policies and procedure in operating the Banquet service and bar.
5.To be responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for Banquet service and bar.
6.To be responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards in the function rooms and storage areas.
7.To be responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.
8.To be responsible for scheduling sufficient manpower for all Banquet bookings.
9.Establishes two way communications with related departments like other outlets, Banquet Sales, kitchen Engineering, Housekeeping, Stewarding and PR and Art Department.
10.Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, immediate superior and other section heads.
11.Identifies and soles problems during function in a professional manner.
ADMINISTRATIONS
1.Conducts daily briefing and de-briefing and weekly meeting for all Banquet service associates.
2.Reads and understands the monthly profit and loss report, and monitor controllable cost through these reports.
3.Prepares effective duty roster to ensure sufficient manpower for each function.
4.Attends daily F&B briefing, weekly F&B meeting and Sales & F&B coordination meting and other meetings required for the position.
5.Manages time effectively, by meeting deadlines on time.
6.Administers personnel action, on leaves, overtime requests, and request for extra staff, disciplinary actions and commendation.
7.Maintains daily event board for Banquet functions.
8.Checks and ensures the proper storage of all Banquet equipment and maintains all equipment?s in good working condition.
