Telephone Operator (พนักงานรับโทรศัพท์)

1. At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline

2. Minimum of 1 year in Call Center, Customer Service experience

3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken

4. Posses good communication and interpersonal skills

1. Provide all communications both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills.
2. Oerate the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, hotel's paging system.
3. Records and transfers calls. Provide telephone services and information to guests.
