- University graduate equivalent education
- Fluent in Thai and English

รายละเอียดงาน

- Maximize room sales and revenue.
- Ensure all calls and emails are answered.
- Ensure all reservations correspondences are filled accurately.
- Monitor future availability on a daily basis in order to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue, and prevent overbooked situations.
- Ensure that all accounting procedures are adhered to, and that commission vouchers, prepayment and booking guarantees are handled according to the hotel?s credit policies.
- Generate monthly or weekly reports for management. Ensure that all reports are prepared correctly and on time.
- Handle all inter-department and inter-company requests for special reservations in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalized, efficient service. Be responsible that all customers leave satisfied. Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them. Attend training sessions and meetings as required. Thank our customers and invite them to return.
- Ensure department cleanliness is maintained, neat and organized at all times.
- Encourages, develops and suggests new methods and ideas to further enhance guest service & departmental productivity and maintain departmental goals.
= Ensure that purchase manuals are kept up to date and only approved items are purchased. Purchase order logs should be maintained.
- Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the service to our guests.
- Perform a brand standard self audit at least once per quarter.
= Liaise with managers & supervisors regularly.
= To perform any other duties as assigned by management.
