รายละเอียดงาน

? All operational responsibilities hereinafter should be focused on Chinese guests in particular, however, the same applies for non-Chinese guests.
? Responds to all guest complaints/issues/requirements via email or phone and assists guests by answering questions about the resort, local attractions and events by providing recommendations and directions.
? Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
? Possesses complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and other BuriRasa properties.
? Oversee the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered and ensures it meets the highest standard of Hotel at all times.
? Takes personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and exceeded and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
? Is proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Hotel experience.
? Develops a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
? Investigates and reports reasons for guest complaints/incidents to Asst. Guest Relations Manager
? Helps to update and maintain an accurate guest database.
? Maintains the daily comment log/glitch report.
? Issues follow-up letters to all Chinese guests of Hotel as and when required
? Replies to online reviews (Chinese language only)
? Assist in agent inspections as and when required
? Checks rooms prior to guest check in
? Executes any additional requests as and when required.
