-Good command of spoken and written English
-Have an experience in Sailing Yacht at least 5 years
-Have an experience to manage crew teams at least 2 years
-Have an experience in Motor Yacht as well is a plus
-Be pro-active, good initiative, and attention to details
-Well organizied and well-prepared
-Have a good responsibility and ownership
-Ability to delegate
-Have good leadership skills
-Set stewardess schedules for guest service and cleaning
-Implement a proper training and able to be a good trainer to improve the crews' skills, capabilities, and level of services
-Creative planning and quality service of theme dinners and occasional guest parties
-Provision to maintain inventory supplies and cover guest usage
-Be able to recommend and manage the team when encountering issues
-Cooperate with HR Manager at Headquarter in terms of crew schedules and leave report
-Coordinate with Head Office in Bangkok in terms of purchasing report, maintenance report, etc
-Improve the work process and services
-Other work as needed
