1.Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably with Master of Laws (English program).
2.Have a Lawyer Licensed
3.Minimum 5 years of direct work experience
4.Must be fluent in both Thai and English, with a TOEIC score of over 750.
5.Able to work under tight target deadline
6.Ability to collaborate well with others and work well individually
7.Ability to learn and educate stakeholders of new areas of law requirements to support the dynamic and fast-changing business requirements

Job Responsibilities
? Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation to ensure the company?s full legal rights
? Handle paperwork required for all types of corporate and commercial transactions related to legal matters
? Handle registration of new company establishment, corporate changes in Thailand and overseas as required
? Set up and implement Compliance System
? Special projects/tasks which will be assigned by the management
? Perform legal documents and coordinate with related departments
? Advise on legal issue and coordinate with any Line manager
? Provide legal opinions and recommendations to stakeholders on various legal matters under Thai law (such as corporate, contracts, labor, etc.)
? Provide any other legal support as required
? Undertake other ad-hoc projects
? Liaise with government authorities and other third parties.
