- Past experience in Pre-Opening is advantageous
- A strong Financial / Accounting background
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or -- - Business Administration
- Excellent analytical skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry as Assistant of FC, Chief Accounting , Credit managers and equivalent
- Strong Communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- To assist the General Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects and operations with regards to the processing and distribution of payroll and the accounting operations of the organization
- Assist the General Manager in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules required by ACCOR.
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly recorded on a timely basis
- Assist the General Manager to prepare Annual Budgets for effective management of the organization.
