Qualifications:
? Thai nationality
? Minimum 5-6 years experiences in hotel banquet management
? Strong interpersonal with leadership and communication skills
? Good command of writing and speaking in English, Computer literature
Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum profitability and overall success by controlling costs and
quality of service.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operation of banquet/meeting set-ups.
- Follow up each function by completing a Function Critique and submit to the
sales department.
- Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.
- To assist forecast and actual budget, menu planning and pricing
