? Bachelor of Arts Human Resource Management or in any related
field.
? Minimum of 6 years experiences in Human Resource Management
? Strong interpersonal with Leadership and Communication
skills
? Strong sense of Ethics and Developmental skills
? Good command of writing and speaking in English, Computer
literature
Responsibilities:
? Developing and administering human resources plans and
procedures as the hotel?s goals
? Oversee an organization?s recruitment, interview, selection,
and hiring processes
? Developing, analyzing and update the company?s evaluation
program
? Maintaining and revising the company?s handbook on policies
and procedures
? Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
? Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
? Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews
