Chief Accountant

- Male/Female , Age : above 35 Yrs
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience as Chief Accountant and Cost Controller or relevant role
- Be able to work in Pattaya
- Good command of spoken & written in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Micros, Material Control, Sun System and related Hotel Software.
- High responsibility, Self-discipline, Flexible, Fast learning, Eager to learn new thing, Teamwork, Positive thinking, can work under pressure and hard working
- Possess analysis and logical thinking
- Proactive and friendly service
- Good interpersonal skills among team, cross functions and partners

- Supervise all Store&Receiving,Purchasing, General Cashier, Account Receivable, Account Payable Income Audit Transactions and Hotel Asset Control, Balance Sheet Reconcile, Tax control and Month-end Closing.
- Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly account reconciliations and actions accordingly
- Prepare bank reconciliations such as agency impress and replacement reserve
- Review accounts payable monthly inventory reconciliations
- Review food and beverage control reconciliations and journal
- Prepares all journal vouchers for month-end closing
- Prepares accruals listings.
- Responsible for hotel assets conrol part, create asset register and control all O.E. and Fix Asset.
- Other duties as designated by Financial Controller.
