- Minimum of 2-3 years' sales experience in the same field.
- Strong network of travel partners on the island.
- Local Driver's license with car.

- Generate room revenue in wholesale & group leisure segment, creating hotel reputation with good service and product and assisting to provide sales action plan & strategies.
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seals contract.
- Maintain current accounts, contact, activity and business details.
- Identify new potential accounts and establish working opportunities with them solution-driven and problem solver.
- Coordinate with concern department to ensure good services provide to customers and monitor the pull-through and sustainment of sales strategies and selling solution.
- Assisting GDOSM in preparation of the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs and other special reports for the hotel management.
- Conducts site inspections for agents.
- Able to entertain and hosts key accounts.
