Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least Vocation diploma in engineering with preference of bachelor?s degree in engineering
2. At least 3-year experience in supervisor role in engineering
3. Good interpersonal skill and supervisory skill
4. Good English communication skill
Basic Function:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair of all technical problems within the property and assisting of the technicians to carry out the difficult assignments in assigned shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants & other technical operation.
2. Ensures efficient installation, maintenance, and overhauls.
3. Ensures that the preventive maintenance program is implemented according to schedule.
4. Executes program of Energy Conservation.
5. Resolves emergency breakdowns within assigned shift
6. Contributes to effective internal control systems.
7. Resolves problems concerning assigned areas of specific technical responsibilities.
8. Makes recommendation for any adjustment/ modification regarding to the system improvement, as necessary.
