An opportunity came up to join our Pre-opening Team for the first property in Bangkok, Chinatown. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.

You will:

? Bachelor?s degree in any discipline, or extensive work experience.
? Minimum of 1-2 years in Food & Beverage or administrative experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 3-4 stars environment.
? Exposure in F&B operations or hospitality business is desirable.
? Computer literate and ability to use other office equipment. Proficient in administrative tasks.
? Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
? Well-organized, detail-oriented, holds a professional, curious, outgoing and caring personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

You will make it to the next round if you are:

? Assists the Operations Manager and Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the hotel as required. Duties also include handling the calendar and administration assistance for the Food & Beverage Department.
? Manages communications, drafts correspondence and other business memorandum, creates presentations, proofreads, edits and formats business documents, schedules meetings and coordinates office functions.
? Arranging and scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, handling travel arrangements, ordering office supplies and managing information access using telephones, mails and electronic messaging.
? Keeps the filing system up to date including all outlets files. Maintains trace file and bring forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks.
? Schedules departmental meetings, takes and distributes minutes, and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required.
? Follows up in the implementation of the policies and procedures of service of Food and Beverage.
? Checks and ensures the timely submission of the daily bar inventory and par report, against restaurant or bar sales report at the end of each shift.
? Prepares all necessary documents for Departmental reports.
? Prepares the Departmental roster under the Operations Manager and F%B Supervisor?s guidance.
? Communicates openly with the service personnel and keeps them informed of all-important information to assist them in their jobs.
? Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Head Chef.
