Skills Experience Qualifications :
? Bachelor?s degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or related field.
? Hands on & good leadership and management skill.
? Excellent command of written and spoken in English.
? At least 10 years of accounting experience in international company.
? At least 3 years in manager level.
? Consolidation accounting experience and including PAE and IFRS accounting standards
? Experienced in F&B, Retail industries would be an advantage.
? Good financial analysis and reporting would be an advantage.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Financial reporting software will be a plus.
? CPA qualification is preferred (but not required)
Job Responsibilities :
? Perform monthly group account close and perform financial analysis of the companies and units within the Group including actual vs budgets, and update monthly forecast.
? Provide the analytical support to the annual budget build process across Group entities and in consolidation.
? Oversee and maintain Accounting and Tax Requirement to ensure that Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Financial Statement of overseas legal entities and Group Consolidation are prepared properly and in compliance with relevant standardizations and Big 4 external audit requirement i.e. IFRS etc.
? To provide operating system in relation to accounting policies and procedures, including any new developments and emerging reforms in accounting and financial management.
? Ensure for timely and correctness of all monthly financial report including compliance with general tax & statutory requirement including other related laws and regulations.
? Consolidate financial report from all company related.
? Control all transaction from related company.
? Liaise with other departments on related accounting issues.
? Liaise with external parties; external auditor, suppliers, customers and other related matters.
? Prepare annual budgets and perform financial feasibility studies of new business development initiatives
? Supervise day-to-day operation of accounting team
? Train and develop the Accounting Team to upgrade skill and competency.
