-Minimum 3 years experience as Swimming Coach or Trainer.
-Possess attributes of good attitude and positive thinking
-Good command in English with a confident and active personality
-Demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times and build good teamwork relations
-To teach someone how to?swim. His/her swim instructor's responsibilities?include teaching basic?swimming?techniques, such as the proper positioning of the head, arms and legs; how to hold your breath under water; and methods to staying safe while?swimming including Triathlon and other race competitions.
-To assists members and non-members to become athletes that can become medalists at major Games and Championships by educating, delivering and connecting with them to our industry leading strategy and training techniques
