Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management or related fields
*Experiences in acquisition of development, hotel and management agreement
*Experience in working with and a property network consisting of real estate developers, investors and property advisors in South East Asia is an advantage

*Good command of English in both written and spoken
*Ability to work both independently in the local/ international market and within a cross-functional team environment
*Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively
*Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment and perform multiple office related tasks and an open-minded attitude towards learning new skills
*Get customers (b2b)
*Sign the right Lub d deals
*Look at risks and benefits on the deals
*Keep an eye out for new markets that are extension of our business or hedge
*Report directly to CIO
