? Experience and knowledge in Hotel Sales strategies (OTAs/ Wholesale/ Cooperate/ GDS etc.)
? A minimum of 4 years of B2B Sales experiences. Experience in the hotel industry is plus.
? Strong passion/motivation to work in a new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch
? Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership
? Initiative and creative person
? Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and interpersonal skill
? Proficient in general computer knowledge
? Result oriented, self-manage and decisive
? Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary
? Meeting with clients, seeking out business and arranging business deals with opportunities of bringing in guests and volume business into entire company.
? Managing accounts and conducting site inspections & show-rounds solicits and generates business.
? Create a sales plan, rate plan, target segment for each property including preparing and presenting effective contract/proposals as well as maintaining well-organized documentation and reports.
? Ensure that each property meet its financial goals
? Utilizes company systems and brand standards as appropriate.
? Work with Hotel Resident Masters to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with and in line with the achievement approach.
? Work closely with the cooperate team in preparing, setting up and managing to achieve budget for each property and analyze sales strategies to yield revenue and review potential business.
? Set up sales goals and budget plan for each of hotel?s achievement and train staff.
? Possessing complete knowledge of all services of each property for making a successful sale.
? Being able to travel locally, regionally, and nationally to meet with potential partners to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
? Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers/partners to generate sales and lead to repeat business.
? Attend and review credit meetings with the team among properties and HQ.
? Attend internal Sales and Revenue meeting
? Establish a rapport with clients/partner to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business to focus on building great relationships.
? Liaise and work closely among HQ team and properties.
