- Minimum 2-3 years experience.
- A positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good management skill.
- Monitors and controls the financial performance of the F&B outlets, controlling costs and expenses.
- Excellent Communication Skill.
- Competent in English, both Written and Spoken
- Ideally with Large Meeting and Events background?.

Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage the Kitchen team of our hotel. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and creative, has extensive experience in the food industry, a culinary degree, and leadership skills.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Basic Function:

To ensure that all kitchens provide nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, properly flavored food. To maintain a safe and sanitary
working environment for all employees. To organize other duties run smooth such as menu planning, preparation of budgets,
and maintaining of payroll, food cost, and other records and specific duties involving food preparation are the establishment
of quality standards, training of employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control, and retention of
nutrients.

Job Description
- Supervise all food preparation areas including All day dining, banqueting to ensure a consistent high quality of food product.
- Responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food.
- Creative in the designs and promotion to implement the ongoing and new food concept.
- Train and coach and support the culinary team members whenever needed and performance improvement.
