1.Male / Female, Bachelor?s Degree in any field.
2.At least 3 years of experience in supervisory level for purchasing or others.
3.Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
4.Good command in English and computer literacy supplier development.
5.Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
6.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
7.Able to work under high pressure.
1.Review purchase requisitions and investigates availability and sources of supply for requested items as center of purchasing department and make a first revision for manager to decide further.
2.Selects and monitors vendor lists for bid invitations and price quotations in compliance with purchasing department policies.
3.Issue Purchase order.
4.Follow up back orders, dictate any special arrangements and terms for delivery and communicate to department the expected delivery date.
5.Follow up with the new prices update from vendors and report to the manager of purchasing department.
6.Interviews vendors and prospective vendors, resolves complaints in purchasing process, monitors contracts and special requests for purchasing department.
7.Must comply with standard office practices and procedures and adhere to the purchasing methods, regulations and policies set by management.
8.Get Quotations, negotiate, and follow up for shipments with overseas suppliers.
9.Work in team together with all relevant departments in Ramayana Water Park.
10.Prepare accurate and reliable reports, data summary and other related documents if require by management.
11.Coordinate with suppliers for claim or exchange goods issue.
12.Manage to save cost for the company /develop goods quality for the company.
13.Assist and work with foreign directors and purchasing manager.
14.Assist to manage purchasing and logistic issue.
15.Organize all invoices and paper work that need to be send to accounting.
16.Work with Receiving officer and Stock to make sure that all goods have received in the right quantity and control the cost for the company.
