GENERAL MISSION:
1. Leads and coordinates the hotel?s profit engineering activities.
2. Ensures all financial & accounts statements are up to date and maintained in accordance with international standard charter of accounts practices and local government regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
1. Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software and of the hotel?s infrastructure and directs more junior innovators when necessary.
2. Interacts with internal on all levels to assist in resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
3. Ensures maximum availability of computer systems throughout the hotel.
4. Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
5. Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
6. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies for the hotel.
7. Assists in the planning and implementation of additional, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
8. Implements network security as established by the hotel.
9. Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for hotel training programs and provides additional support if necessary.
