? Thai or Foreign Nationality
? Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production and warehousing processes
? Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
? Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
? Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
? Oversee inventory, warehouse and logistics of the Central Kitchen
? Allot work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history
? Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities, logistics and warehousing
? Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products
? Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions
? Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to
? Good decision maker and problem solving.
? Hold Occupational Safety Officer at High Technical Level or higher.
? Excellent knowledge of Safe, Health and Environment for Factory
? At least 5 years of experience in Food Factory Manager Role.
? Be able to manage 80++staff
? Experience in HACCP / GMP environment
? Experience in food quality control, warehouse & logistic, inventory, procurement, and HR is preferable.
? Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting.
? Be able to manage food factory license and all related licenses.
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Thai language proficiency a must
? Computer literate ? Microsoft Office
