- Ability to supervise daily operation of the Bar and ensure the efficient use of supplies
- Ability to deal with guests diplomatically and handle intoxicated guests effectively and safely
- Knowledge of wine and wine tasting experience.
- To prepare and serve beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a professional manner.
- Responsible for the ordering and stock control of the bar.
- Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates.
