1.At Experienced in painters and carpenters.
2.At least 1 year experience in field (interior/exterior painting & lacquer painting including Furniture upholstery work and repair the furniture and other woodwork).
1.Responsible for room maintenance and update every day.
2.Responsible for maintain all public area and decoration work in good condition.
3.Technician painters and carpenters we can decoration to control repair & maintenance .
4.Repair the furniture and other woodwork item.
5.Repair the wall paper, interior/exterior painting & lacquer painting including Furniture upholstery work.
6.Tool, to clean, lubricates, protects, and maintains all tools and equipment in the hotel. To ensure that all tools are returned and maintained in good condition in a proper storage area.
7.To ensure and keep log of all assigned tool pouch which is at the discretion of the Engineering Management.
