- Knowledgeable in purchasing system
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers and ensure that the items on-time delivery
- Knowledgeable in store receiving system
- Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
- Reports the updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system and stock of par
- A good team player
