Job Qualifications

1. Thai national only
2. Minimum of 3-5 years in Hotel operational experience
3. Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills.
4. Have an advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within all hotel disciplines including experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems
5. High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
6. Good command of written and spoken English
7. Strong leadership and able to work as a team
8. Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
9. Open minded
