1.To promote sales of F&B products to our guests at every opportunity.
2.Leads the staff in his section of the restaurant and attends to the needs of his customers during service periods.
3.Ensures that his section of the restaurant is fully equipped, clean, well maintained and manned in order to provide the highest standards of product and excellence to our guests.
4.To adhere to the "Task List" provided, which outlines his daily functions.
5.Welcomes all guests to his section of the restaurant
6.Presents to the guests, cocktail, beverage, wine lists and menus and takes the order (Captain order)to the kitchen and bar.
7.Arranges waiting staff to deliver the ordered products to the guest table ascertains satisfaction and prepares the bills.
