Profile and Qualifications:
1. Strong in English communication
2. Hotel and Food & Beverage experience
3. At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of bachelor?s degree in culinary field
4. Good in inter-personality and creative skill
5. English Communication skill
Basic Function:
1. Responsible for the efficient operation of Baan Turtle main kitchen to include the preparation of food for private rooms, lobby, take away and other assigned areas.
2. Responsible of Baan Turtle stewarding and work closely T01 Patronage together to ensure highest possible hygiene standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Produce high quality plates both for design and taste
2. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
3. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
4. Manage and train kitchen staff and assess staff?s performance
5. Be able to manage front and back of the house and assist with all positions
6. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
7. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Welfare:
