- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
At least 5 years of working experience in HR full function.
- Systematic and analytical thinking with strong commitment towards work.
- Service minded and can do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all level of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law.
- Good computer skills with MS office program as well as English communication.
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
- Working as the direct point of contact with all Business Units (Departments) and Employees to proactively support the delivery of all HR activities ? with a strong emphasis where back-office staff are concerned.
- Evaluate Business Units? manpower planning and requests to clarify and justify the resources required.
- Actively work with Business Units on the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding process of staff.
- Review with Business Units on Performance Gap & Training Needs Analysis of the respective group of employees and positions through performance appraisal process and other opportunities of feedbacks.
- Review and support Disciplinary related process with Business Units and streamline with Company?s process.
- Carry out disciplinary investigation & inquiry when necessary including executing of disciplinary actions.
- Support the Head of HR in Company-wide Resource planning and Organization Structuring.
- Identify employee engagement initiatives including Company-wide or Departmental events and activities.
- Ensure Company is compliance to updated employment regulatory.
