Job Description:
-Managed and control warehouse inventory delivery of non-food/dry stock supply to outlets.
-Managed warehouse inventory, driver and helper teams
-Document and follow up any logistics irregularities and provide feedback to main production warehouse.
-Liaising with F&B Team for inventory control to determine appropriate minimum/maximum levels of stock.
-Monitor and control inventory forecasting, minimum and maximum par stock levels of both import and non-food restaurant supplies
-Analyze and determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
-Auditing of both in house and outsourced delivery in Bangkok and Upcountry
-Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
-Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements, inbound and outbound logistics processes. Participate in career management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
-Proactively provide input to operational cost saving improvements.
-Any other tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager
