- Creative and passionate about good design
- Strong attention to detail
- Verbalize and communicate ideas and opinions well
- Interest in learning new technologies like front-end coding or UX design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
- Work with business owners and developers to - - plan and create graphics
- Plan and design marketing websites, including - icons, banners, and graphics
- Design application UI including buttons, forms, tables and style guides
- Design fast-loading, cross-browser, responsive websites
- Willing to help out with all aspects of creative design within the team including web and print graphics, video creation, and photography
