Qualifications

- Male or Female.
- At least 8 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry or real estate property management.
- Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Social Media i.e IG, Facebook, LINE, WhatApp and etc.
- Outstanding problem solving abilities.
- Clear thinking and good decision making under pressure.

- Mainly take care of Front Office and guests.
- Responsible for other departments.
- Work closely with Owner and GM.
- Overlooking day-to-day operation of the whole property.
- Communicating with guests and guests problem solving.
- Manage, record, and resolve promptly all guest complaints.
- Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
- Reporting to the Owner and Manager.
- Other duties as assigned
