Relevant Experience and QualificationsWorking Hours Monday to Saturday 8-5pm
Assist and support the Project Manager in planning and executing building construction.
Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.
Monitor worker numbers, quality assurance and health and safety plan on a daily basis.
Notify PM of construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.
Identify slippages or delays in constructions and notify PM
Identify milestones and problem areas and recommend preventive actions.
Provide administrative assistance to Construction Manager when needed.
Respond to the British Club inquiries and concerns promptly.
Attend weekly Site Meetings
Scope of construction work for the British Club Bangkok, Poolside Redevelopment Phase 2 involving demolition of existing buildings and constructing a two story concrete structure with an Restaurant/Sala, Kitchen, Changing Rooms on the ground floor and a Gym, Toilets and Sports Bar on the first floor.
