1. Bachelor?s degree or higher in Human Resources or relevant field
2. 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources operations
3. Able to communication in English.
4. Good computer skills especially MS Office: Words, Excel in advance Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Energetic, having self-motivation & willing to work with team hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive thinking attitude.
6. Able to work under pressure & timeline
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a full range of Human Resources and General Administrative functions including Payroll, Recruitment, Training& Development, Compensation& Benefits, Performance Management, HR Policies & Procedures, etc.
2. Participate in strategic planning activities that will aid business development such as manpower planning and developing short and long-term human resources strategies.
3. Ensure that all HR policies, procedures and processes are up to date, legally compliant and meet the internal control requirements.
4. Provide professional consultation on key HR issues to Top Management
5. Work closely with department managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues.
6. Manage and control HR & Admin Budget
7. Perform projects as per assigned
