RESTAURANT & BAR :-
Work at Praya Palazzo Hotel
? Responsible for getting guests feedback regarding their experiences.
? To collect all feedbacks and address consistent or critical feedback with the Department Head.
? To create and maintain close relation with every guest, being hotel guests or outside guests.
? To keep an update guests preference report and to submit this report on a weekly basis to the rest of the team.
? To use this guests preference report to optimize and enhance each guest experiences.
? To ensure that all F&B related enquiries are replied by email or on social media in a prompt and efficient manner, and to delegate to the appropriate person when not on duty.
? To personally welcome and greet every guests present in the dining areas and to introduce him/herself as a point of contact for tailor made experiences.
? Ensure that the outlets are set up according to the opening procedure
? Coordinate with Executive Chef regarding menus, not available items and special of the day
? To offer training to the F&B team members so they are up to date to with product knowledge and updated SOP
? To handle guests complains by listening and display conflict resolution skills. To effectively report all guests complains or negative feedbacks to the DH.
? Perform normal service duties as assigned by the GM when needed.
? To keep record of activities revenue and budget, and to propose plans to achieve agreed targets.
? To present this record and generated revenue on a weekly basis to GM
? To help create activities based on guests feedback and suggestions.
? To coordinate with concerned department regarding enhancement of guests experience.
EVENTS:-
? Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure smooth organization of the event.
? Follow deposit and final payment company policy together with sales team
? Follow Purchase Request and Purchase order company policy, as well as help manage cash advance
? Create Business Event Orders (BEO) and ensure all hotel departments are present at pre event meetings.
? Manage the roster and support from other departments when required, as well as giving clear assignment to every team members on duty
? Follow the planning check list to ensure all aspects are covered with the client.
? Ensure strict attention to detail is paid to set up of the event.
? Be on duty until the guest?s leave the event.
? Be on duty upon guest departure to handle any billing enquiries.
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EQUIPMENT :-
? Coordinate with relevant department the maintenance of F&B Assets so they are up to standards
? Coordinate with relevant department the purchase and maintenance of operating equipment
? Maintain and keep record of assets written off and operating equipment breakage
? Create with the operations team a variety of events packages for the sales manager to sell.
