Bachelor- s degree or higher in accounting field
Computer literacy
Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
At least 3 years experience in Manager level and minimum 1 year experience in
hotel/private/property/Asset fund business
Solid experience in accounting, finance process/workflow, structure and cost control
Have some experience in implement accounting or financing system
Handle full set of account closing for Statutory and management accounting
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new sites.

Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets
Construct and monitor reliable control systems
Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in Thailand
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
Report risk issues to the country management
Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
Review local taxes report and forms
Prepare Corporate Income Tax calculation to comply with the revenue code
