- Thai Nationality
- 4 Years experience in the kitchen of hotels and restaurants Thai Nationality
- Knowledge of homemade fresh pasta and pizza base
- Good command in English & Thai Language
- Good decision making and ability to proactively make changes as needed
- Cooperative and willing to work towards the company goals
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
- Run the pasta & pizza section in our Central Kitchen
- Able to effectively and accurately cost our recipes
- Maintain highest professional food quality and cost control
