- Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality industry is a must.

- Secure media database in order to enhance and widen our PR coverage in the domestic and regional markets
- Laisse with properties under the portfolio to gather relevant/priority information and secure media exposure and publication while coordinating with global communication teams
- Support social media planning and distribution across owned and paid distribution channels
- Manage all media relations and press kits
- Perform responsibilities/projects assigned by Regional Director of Commercial
- Create and source media database access
- Liaise with regional leadership team to secure updates on properties and brand announcements in Asia Pacific Region
- Develop press releases; source images; pitch announcements to secure coverage
- Distribute announcements via appropriate brand communications channels in the Asia Pacific Region
- Translate Head Quarter announcements and pitch in Asia Pacific Region as appropriate
- Provide Head Quarter team with translated Asia Pacific Region announcements to pitch in Head Quarter as appropriate
- Social media support ? contribute to global monthly social calendar managed by Head Quarter team
- Organize and assist in tradeshow, corporate/hotel events and special media activities for higher brand exposure in the Region
