1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
2. Comprehensive HR experience with a minimum of 7 years in assistant or managerial level. Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge in the principles and practices of all HR. functions.
4. Good command of English communication skills both in written and spoken.
5. Computer literate.
