-A minimum 5 year experience working as a Chief Engineer.
-Impeccable management& communication skill,
-Computer literate & MS Office, Good command of English, Strong organizational skills. Strong technical, mechanical knowledge with sophisticated machinery, extensive PM knowledge and MA for all equipment in hotels able to repair and be hands on with machines, knowledge in Risk and Safety for fire prevention other high risk fields.
-Overseeing operation of the Engineering department on a day?to?day basis.
-Fulfilling the operational need of associated departments such as general building maintenance, Preventative maintenance scheme, Train and lead the team in a proper manner.
-To be proficient in the administrative operation of the applicable department and being responsible for all other special projects as may be required by the General Manager.
