Bachelor?s degree in accounting (only), age between 25-34 years old
Minimum 5 years in accounting, 2 years as A/P is a plus
Detail oriented
Strong accounting knowledge, preferably at a group level
good coordination and interpersonal skills
English communication
Experience with SUN system is a plus
Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Reviewing and processing all invoices and ensuring that they are properly approved, coded, and supported with complete documents (PR,PO,DO)
Paying vendors by scheduling payments to ensure they are done on time; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding payments
Paying employees by verifying expense reports
Producing monthly reports by business units and coordinate with all concerns to get projection for payments for the rest of the year.
Preparing withholding taxes PND 1,3,53 documents, e-filing the tax and VAT (PorPor 30) report
Reconciling A/P balances and prepare A/P Aging reports, monthly & at the end of fiscal year to support the preparation of financial statement and statutory audits.
Proper filing of contracts, agreements, and important documents in a systematic manner
Effectively utilize the accounting system/ERP in order to serve analytical needs of the company
