Requirements
Any genders aged between 35-45 years old
Acquire Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or related field
Have strong experiences in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications and Data Analytics for Marketing growth
Have experiences in managing branches in SEA/ APAC
Understand operations point of view and workflows
Competent in MarTech softwares
Acquire strong leadership skills
Open minded and equipped with growth mindset
Generate and drive commercial strategy for Lub d
? Acquire Lub d target customers
? Own the whole digital customer journey including but not limited to own website, social
media channels, chats, blogs, review sites, OTAs and marketplaces, online and offline
channels
? Measure and track all commercial data points and create performance dashboards
? Manage with team members all aspects of the eCommerce business using data-driven
approach including, business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns and
other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web
technologies
? Develop and execute of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the
cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
? Own and manage user experience of the website, social media, and other chat
communication channels including site navigation, content development, checkout
funnel and promotional campaigns
? Set up and manage team to utilize customer database and CRM in revenue generation
? Optimize RevPar while maintaining brand positioning
? Able to work with Property teams to understand local markets
? Lead Commercial team including but not limited to Revenue Management, E-commerce,
Digital & Content Marketing, Digital Operations and Reservations
? Collaborate with Operations and F&B Events team to generate revenues
? P&L ownership, manage new and existing eCommerce platform(s), engage with
technology stakeholders for eCommerce and product development.
Accelerate Digital Growth
? Identify and scale levers for growth, including digital marketing optimization (SEO, SEM,
Display/ Programmatic, Affiliates), CRM / personalization, UI/UX enhancements and All
Things Digital
? Partner and manage ancillary vendors - hotels, car rentals, insurance, holidays and
other ancillary relationships
Product Management
? Build product strategy and roadmap in line with company's growth and revenue plans
? Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop eCommerce solutions and drive
product strategy. End-to-end product development lifecycle ownership
