Qualification

- At least 3 years experiences in 4-star restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or a related field is required.
- Strong in inter-personality, leadership skill, effective decision making and problem solve skills.
- Proficient in English communication
- Open-minded and flexible with a Can-Do attitude.
Job Description
1. Responsible for food service & functions within Private residence.
2. Assist the Principle with PA duties.
3. Manage, organize and coordinate with Residence Manager day to day operations.
4. Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
