Qualification:
At least 8 years? previous sales experience, preferable in hospitality especially in banqueting/ catering business
Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration or related fields.
Good commands of both spoken and written English.
Energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
Proficient in general computer knowledge, supervisory experience, and able to train and monitor the process of sending referrals, setting traces and profiling accounts.
Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills
Computer literacy and good interpersonal skill.
Computer literacy in MS-Office

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Primary duties include: generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads.
Experienced senior level hotel sales role that reports directly to the Group Director of Commercial
Responsibilities include managing and leading the Conferencing and Catering Sales team as well as managing select key accounts
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the mentoring and training banquet sales staff, leading sales meetings, involvement with the annual business plan process, forecasting, report analysis, customer entertainment, community involvement and networking
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
