-Experience in the position of Pastry Chef at least 3 years.
-Have knowledge of Pastry and Bakery, kitchen management, and cost management.
-Skilled in culinary, coaching, leadership, adaptation, computer literacy, and language proficiency.
-The ability in coordination, conflict management, and team management.
Responsible for Pastry kitchen at Mega Bangna ( New Branch) e.g. discipline, production, hygiene and new menus in order to ensure a clean kitchen, smooth operation, cost effectiveness, discipline and lean management.
