Membership Services Manager (RBSC Polo Club)

- Male / Female age 35 years old and above.
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Required at least 5 years in Management level experience.
- Strong sense of diplomacy and tact when interacting with the Clubs- members.
- Strong service orientation.
- Effective communication skills in a Thai and International environment.
- Strong command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC score 700 above is preferred).
- Having high responsibility, good attitude, and teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, dynamic energetic, and highly self-disciplined.
- Strong leadership qualities.

For over a century, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) has been distinguished as the most prestigious international sports club in the Kingdom. Established in accordance with the wishes of HM King Chulalongkorn the Great on September 6, 1901 (B.E. 2444), RBSC continues to provide world-class sports and recreational facilities and other services to members of RBSC and RBSC Polo Club and their families.

We are recruiting the Membership Services Manager at RBSC Polo Club. This post will be responsible for establishing a good relationship with the Club- s members and take appropriate actions to solve any problems that occurred. Ensure members- compliance with the Club- s rules and regulations pertaining to membership. Assure the Club- s Members are well informed of the Club- s rules and regulations and ensure appropriate actions for Members. Also, cooperate with the RBSC Projects & Event Department and Entertainment Committee to organize Club- s Events and Entertainment functions for members and attend RBSC Entertainment Committee- s meeting.
